At least one person was injured on early Thursday afternoon after two incidents involving possible devices at two government buildings in Maryland, officials said.
One incident happened at the Maryland Department of Transportation Headquarters in Hanover while a second incident happened at the Jeffrey Building in downtown Annapolis. Reports indicate it may have involved explosive devices.

Packages explode at Maryland gov't buildings
Two packages exploded in the mailrooms of two government buildings in Maryland on Thursday, local media reports, and several people were believed to have been injured.ABC 2 said one of the explosions happened just after 1 p.m. local time at the Maryland Department of Transportation Headquarters in Anne Arundel County, while a second explosion happened at the Jeffrey Building in downtown Annapolis. The channel reported it may have been an improvised explosive device.
